The Children’s Museum of Wilmington to Host Fall Festival on October 10th
DOWNTOWN WILMINGTON, NC - On Saturday, October 10th, The Children’s Museum of Wilmington will host its annual Fall Festival from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Get in on the autumn fun by visiting the “How Tall This Fall?” station, take your best guess at the number of crayons in a jar for a chance to win the whole thing, and snap a family photo at our fall themed photo station. Explore two craft stations, the Museum, and outdoor courtyard in between!
“Our staff is excited to have our first event since reopening!,” states Program Educator and Volunteer Coordinator Jessie Goodwin. “We have worked hard to give the Museum a fresh look and invite our community to come see what we've done and enjoy our Fall Festival!"
All crafts will be pre-packaged and activity areas will be appropriately spaced apart. All guests will have their temperatures taken prior to entering. All guests 5 years and older are required to wear a face covering while visiting the Museum.
The event has limited capacity and will likely sell out. All tickets must be purchased or reserved online prior to the event by visiting www.playwilmington.org/fall-festival. Ticket sales are not available the day of the event. Admission is free for Museum members and $9.75 for Non-Members. Groupons and other discounts are not valid during the event.
